Legal Requirements For Marriage
Your Notice of Intent to Marry (NOIM) must be completed with an authorised celebrant no later than one (1) month and no earlier than eighteen (18) months before your wedding date.
For our first meeting, you will need to bring with you your original Birth Certificates and Drivers Licences (or other photo ID), and Passports if born overseas.
If previously married, please bring absolute decrees (divorce finalisation papers) or Death Certificate of the former spouse.
